GE-branded Enbrighten Z-Wave smart controls with QuickFit and SimpleWire revolutionized home automation. The groundbreaking Z-Wave switches and dimmers provide even greater convenience in our home automation line while patent-pending technology makes installation faster and easier.

The innovative QuickFit design features a housing depth up to 20 percent smaller than previous Z-Wave models. This reduced size coupled with the elimination of heat tabs provide a better fit in older-style switch boxes and multi-gang setups.

SimpleWire technology speeds up installation by detecting line and load wires. Auto line-load sensing terminals configure the smart control to function correctly regardless of how the line and load wires are connected. The unique wiring technology also allows space-saving daisy-chaining in multiple switch applications through dual ground ports, which are offset to avoid switch box mounting screws.

Adding devices to a network is improved as well. S2 security offers 128-bit bank-level protection, and SmartStart takes advantage of device-specific QR codes for effortless installation.
