The advancements that have taken place in the world of technology have essentially reshaped our lives. Not only do we rely on personal electronic devices to complete a variety of tasks, many people have begun integrating hi-tech automation into their homes as well.

April is Autism Awareness Month. As we approach the final days of this month, we encourage everyone to continue raising awareness and to not let the end of April be the end of your efforts and support for those living with or affected by autism. 

According to National Autism Association (NAA), it is estimated that one out every 68 individuals has an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and according to a 2012 study in Pediatrics, 49% of children with ASD have a tendency to wander from safe settings. Individuals with ASD are often attracted to water, yet have little to no sense of danger. Drowning is a leading cause of death in children with ASD.

The NAA is a parent-run organization committed to providing resources and support for families and children affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder. The NAA uses Jasco’s GE Branded Wireless Security Alarms for their Big Red Safety Box program.

Especially for those moms who seem to either have everything already or have extremely picky taste. Worry not, finding a gift your mom will appreciate is easier than you might think.

In the past, it was beneficial to have cable, home phone and Internet all bundled into one bill. Nowadays, practically everyone has a cell phone and the savings aren't as big as they used to be. This has numerous people in both young and older generations ditching cable and moving toward cordless entertainment.

This year at the International Consumer Electronics Show, Jasco made "The List" for the Best of CES 2015, literally. On January 8th, Jasco's connected home products were featured on the List TV Show's "Best of CES 2015" segment.
