Reflecting back on CES 2018, the Jasco team has a lot to be proud of. We had two major smart home announcements with Amazon and Google, raised money to end the global water crisis, and not only survived, but thrived during the blackout with our EcoSurvivor and Energizer products.

It’s that time of year again, holiday shopping, peppermint everything, tree decorating, and ramping up for some exciting company and product announcements at the Consumer Electronics Show in Vegas (CES).

Last year, we announced our rugged outdoor EcoSurvivor brand and partnership with MMA fighter, Justin Wren, and nonprofit partner, Water4, to support their mission of seeing the global water crisis eradicated in this lifetime. This year, we’re announcing the availability of the EcoSurvivor product line and pledging 50 percent of net proceeds to clean water projects with Water4. 

Beyond donating proceeds for every EcoSurvivor product purchased, we're also incorporating philanthropy into our booth experience to reach thousands at CES–one of the largest trade shows in the United States.

We are excited to announce we recently released the first Z-Wave enabled in-wall lighting controls with integrated motion-sensing technology. The highly anticipated GE branded Smart Motion Switch and Smart Motion Dimmer are now available online at EZzwave.com. 

With intelligent motion-sensing technology, the Smart Motion Dimmer or Switch can detect any movement in a room up to 45-feet away. With an 180º detection zone, the motion sensor is great for large or small rooms and features three different operation modes to choose from:

We recently announced our partnership with non-profit, Water4, and Bellator MMA Fighter, Justin Wren, for our Eco Survivor outdoor tech accessories brand. Together, we've teamed up to help people in need of clean water by donating a portion of every Eco Survivor purchase to Water4 and their sustainable life-saving water projects.

To kick off the partnership, Jasco had the privilege of hosting Justin as a special guest and speaker at our booth during CES 2017. Justin discussed his Fight for the Forgotten initiative with Water4 and spoke about his personal journey from being a professional cage fighter to now fighting to help others.

CES 2016 has come and gone, but all the buzz from the show continues to make headlines, and for good reason! The newest technology innovations are unveiled during the much anticipated Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas and Jasco was excited to be a part of it once again! Jasco had another incredible year at CES! During the past week, we announced a handful of new, innovative products that we're excited to launch in 2016. For those of you who couldn't make it to Vegas this year, here are some snapshots from the show floor and a full recap of CES 2016 in case you missed anything.

This past week Jasco's home was in Las Vegas at the Consumer Electronics Show, presented by the Consumer Technology Association. Returning for its biggest year ever, CES 2016 broke records across the board with over 2.4 million square feet of tech and gadgets unveiled to the world. 

Running since 1967, CES remains an event that celebrates the latest in high-tech gadgets and electronic wizardry. For CES 2016, celebrities, TV personalities, radio hosts and professional athletes from Ryan Seacrest to Shaquille O'Neal were on hand to lead panel discussions on how technology is changing and improving the way we live, work and play. However, the real stars of CES were all the technological advances soon to be shaping our lives in years to come. Visitors had the opportunity to interact with new gadgets centered around home automation, virtual reality, drones, 3D printing, home security, mobile technology, power gear,  wearables and much more.
